RESOLUTION POLICY FOR SAPPHIRE STUDIO CREATIVE

At Sapphire Studio Creative, we prioritize clear communication, mutual respect, and thoughtful collaboration. While we strive to exceed expectations with every project, we also understand that creative work is inherently personal — and sometimes, concerns arise. This policy outlines how we handle those situations with fairness, professionalism, and integrity. By working with Sapphire Studio Creative, you agree to the following resolution process.

1. Open Communication & Good Faith Resolution

Before pursuing any formal action, both parties agree to engage in good-faith conversations to resolve concerns collaboratively. Either party may initiate the process by providing written notice detailing the nature of the concern. We are committed to listening openly and working toward a thoughtful, constructive resolution.

2. Termination Terms

If resolution efforts are exhausted and either party chooses to end the agreement, the following terms apply:

  • If the Client terminates the project before completion, Sapphire Studio Creative will retain the non-refundable deposit and invoice for any work completed to date at the agreed-upon hourly or project rate.

  • If Sapphire Studio Creative terminates the contract, we will retain the non-refundable deposit and deliver all completed work (in its current form) to the client.

3. Limitation of Liability

Sapphire Studio Creative shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or performance of delivered work.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client under the signed agreement.
